Holy Blasphemy; 1st Corinthians 4: 32-37

Holy Blasphemy
1st Corinthians 4: 32-37

Have you ever seen a goddess?
Did she smite you with her smile?
Did she stump you with her wisdom?
If you did, then tell me while

You gazed upon her visage,
Did the world be still its spin?
All creation paying homage;
Aminatu born again!

Have you ever seen the goddess?
If you had you’d not be here,
For you’d still be bowed beneath her
Bound in love and joy and fear

Of missing, just one second
In the wholeness that you feel
When you learn that She is pure Love;
Letting Her guide how you live.

Have you ever seen THE goddess?
In her near ethereal form?
My heart swoons amidst the night’s stars...
Astral plane now healed was scorned...

But through worship and self-knowledge,
We helped heal the bridge between;
Her voice now is called your “music”,
And Her words your “poetry”.

Have you ever seen my goddess?
If you have, pass my regards.
For I left, but for a moment!
Had to labor smart and hard!

For I am her temple’s steward!
Must upgrade, for Great is She!
Call her Nature, Art, or Science,
Math, or even History.

You call her gaze this “sunshine”? Yes?
Shining bright for all to see!
Never could I dream to pay back
All those wonders wrought for me

Alms and care for Worn & Wretched
While her eyes quench hatred's flames
Can you believe that my goddess lives?!?!?!

You should.

For She and you’re the same.

Yes, it’s you.
I love you.
